Menstruating girls confront a variety of obstacles in school settings, challenges that can have an impact on their safety, education, health and wellbeing, even sense self-worth. Global attention has recently been focused the difficulties schoolgirls face managing menstrual hygiene, especially low-income countries. Therefore, enhancing Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) for globally will enhance lifestyle ways. It also assist to meet Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), such as SDG 3 excellent health, 4 good 5 gender egalitarianism, 6 need safe water sanitation. Even though there are more evident supportive decisions investments needed policy programming, remarkable progress made engagement relevant sectors involved this issue. To ensure MHM programs furthering equality, it is still important include groups larger agenda. Girls who differently abled, dropouts, co-educational schools, emergency situations some examples. By 2024, all should be aware at ease with cycles, they manage them pleasant, safe, respectable manner while attending school. The "MHM Ten" meeting, which was held 2014, envisioned create ten-year framework (2014-2024) schools. organized by UNICEF Columbia University. In vision, five priorities were established.
